Olaf Kretzschmar is an Intellectual Property expert with over 20 years of business experience in the legal fields of trade mark, copyright, design protection and International IP portfolio administration. He is passionate about supporting globally operating companies, as well as small to medium local Australian businesses and sole traders secure their success through the careful control and management of their intangible assets. Olaf is most proud when he sees brands in shopping malls or magazine advertisements that he has actively helped to protect via Trade Mark Registration. Olaf speaks fluent English and German and advanced Russian and French.

Jordan completed a combined Bachelor of Law and Commerce at Monash University. He is heavily involved in developing International filing strategies for trade mark and industrial design protection. Jordan regularly engages with International Trade Mark offices on behalf of our clients in relation to the varied application and registration requirements. With a mind for business, as much as law, Jordan focuses on developing protection strategies that our client’s businesses truly need. Dina is the company director’s personal assistant. She is highly interested in and enthusiastic about, intellectual property law, particularly with regards to trade marks. Dina has experience dealing with the various stages of the lifecycle of trade marks, particularly domestic and international trade mark filings, and responding to trade mark opposition matters. She is a very creative mind and is involved in our International strategies team for design and trade mark protection. Dina has experience with handling responses to International correspondence from Trade Mark Offices in various countries in relation to provisional refusals of protection. With her creative approach, she often finds a way to convince the examiner to withdraw reasons for refusal of protection. She is also involved in any naming and branding services provided by ONE IP INTERNATIONAL. Dina values strong client relationships and is committed to employing her legal mind and international experience to achieve creative yet practical outcomes for clients.

Natalia Safran is our South American Intellectual Property expert, located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. She is an Attorney-at-law in Argentina and has more than 5 years of experience in trade mark, copyright, design protection and other Intellectual Property areas. Natalia speaks fluent Spanish and English. Natalia will support your expanding business to ensure its intangible assets are covered when doing business in South America.

Martin is a Consultant to our firm and is regularly involved in all matters of our Australian based office, related to our clients’ commercial dealings, involving business activities in Vietnam, Malaysia and China. We consult him for all cross-border litigation matters, regarding corporate law, labour law, and real estate law. He is our expert, engaged for coordination and support in lawsuits of all kinds at Chinese courts, including the court of appeals and Shanghai Maritime Court (representation at court was conducted by our Chinese cooperation lawyers). When it comes to legal structuring and implementation of company transactions in China, in form of share deals, asset deals, mergers and restructurings, review, negotiating and drafting of business contracts of all kinds with regard to China businesses or formation of investment vehicles in China, especially foreign-Chinese Joint Ventures, „Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprises“ (WFOE), and Representative Offices he advises and supports our clients, being foreign-invested companies and their management during investment procedures and liability charges of Chinese authorities. Martin is also conducting internal investigations and internal compliance checks at our clients, being foreign-invested companies in China, and oversees and administers the „roll-out “of compliance structures in Chinese subsidiaries of some of our clients. Ana is a Business Development Assistant and IP Portfolio Manager of ONE IP. She has more than three years of experience in Intellectual Property and Trade Mark protection. She was a general practice lawyer in Colombia and also worked for a Colombian government company. Her friendly and helpfully personality gives her the skill to provide “the ONE experience” to our clients. Ana speaks fluent Spanish and English. She has a global vision of marketing and her knowledge about social media brings to the company and its clients. Ana’s focus is on our clients’ South American Intellectual Property rights.

Anna Bettina is an Attorney-at-Law (Germany) and our IP Litigation Expert in relation to German and European Intellectual Property right challenges. She is a skilled legal practitioner she ensures that our clients from German-speaking countries (Germany, Austria an and Switzerland ) are able to actively enforce their Intellectual Property assets against infringement. As one of the company’s IP Portfolio Manager, she is involved in: – Assessment and identification of important intangible assets – Ensuring important intangible assets are protected – Registration, management, monitoring and enforcement of Intellectual Property – Provision of IP advice to enable clients to make informed decisions – Identification and collection of IP rights in order to better protect them.
